3D PHOTO embossing system consists of at least two rollers and processes different embossing surfaces when a 3D surface, that match the photo, is applied to one or several ones of the rollers.
High-tech metal-working equipment ensures the maximum precision of visualization of not only contrast parts of an image but also of a wide range of halftones.
For 3D PHOTO embossing we use the surface that forms foil relief patterns consisting of a great many valleys (“pixels”), each of such “pixels” has its own depth of several micrometers. The whole pattern of such valleys creates the image similar to the photo.
At the present day in some countries of the world counterfeited tobacco products constitute up to 40% to 50%. As a result tobacco companies suffer thumping damages and have to spend a lot of time and money for protection against fake products.
Unfortunately, undisclosed and disclosed protective measures, particularly holograms, printed tear strips and hidden markers, do not work as appropriate.
